There are countries that are members of PETS or Pet Travel Scheme. These countries allow entrance of a limited list of animals without the need for a quarantine period. You can check if your country of destination is a member of PETS. You can contact the embassy or consulate to ask them about this matter.

You will be notified immediately if your pet needs to be quarantined. You can then check on the quarantine requirements. Make sure that everything is in order before your date of departure.

You should find a reliable veterinarian to check on your pet once you arrive in your new country. You can do this once you’ve settled and have time. Make sure you consult on the status and guidelines of keeping a pet in the country.
